Tunisian Champion Walid Ktila Unveils His Preparation Program for the 2025 Para Athletics World Championships in New Delhi (Video)
Tunisian world champion Walid Ktila told Tunisie Numérique in an interview that he has begun his regular training in preparation for the Paralympic Games, with his main and ultimate goal being Los Angeles 2028.
He explained that this training program also includes the Para Athletics World Championships, which will take place in September in the city of New Delhi, India.
Ktila noted that his current preparations are divided between training sessions and Grand Prix meetings, highlighting that he has competed in events in Dubai, Switzerland, and Tunisia, where he recently won a gold medal.
The Tunisian champion added that he has just completed a training camp in Europe, specifically in Poland, and will return to Tunisia tomorrow to continue his preparations.
In three weeks, he will travel to India to take part in the World Championships.
He stated that he will compete in three events at this global competition: the 100m wheelchair race (T34 category), the 400m wheelchair race (T34 category), and the 800m wheelchair race (T34 category), affirming that his goal remains to win gold medals.
