As per a report by NTVTelugu, Kaala Bhairava, son of MM Keeravani, recently shared that his father has given him some responsibilities as the music session ‘SSMB29’ begins. While speaking at the ‘Mowgli’ movie song launch event, he said that Keeravani’s music will bring “unimaginable magic” to the film.”The music sessions for the movie ‘SSMB29’ have begun. My father always assigns me some task in the music process of every one of his movies. This time he has given me the responsibility in the Mahesh-Rajamouli project as well. His music is sure to bring unimaginable magic to the Mahesh Babu- Rajamouli combination,” he said.
Long standing collaboration between Rajamouli and Keeravani
Cousins Rajamouli and MM Keeravani are close collaborators and have worked together on all of Rajamouli’s major films spanning over two decades. MM Keeravani has been the music composer for all of Rajamouli’s feature films, including celebrated works like ‘Magadheera’, ‘Eega’, the ‘Baahubali’ series and the Oscar-winning ‘RRR’ for Best Original Song ‘Naatu Naatu’.
About ‘SSMB29’
Called the globe-trotter, ‘SSMB29’ is said to be inspired by iconic African adventure legends of Indiana Jones, with a mythological touch to it. The film’s official teaser poster was unveiled on Mahesh Babu’s 50th birthday in August 2025, with a full official reveal scheduled for November 2025. The ‘Guntur Kaaram’ star will be seen in a rugged and muscular look for the film.
