According to Apple India’s website, Apple Hebbal will open at Phoenix Mall of Asia, Bellary Road, Byatarayanapura, Bengaluru (F-39-F-43, 560092). The store’s barricade, unveiled on Thursday morning, features vibrant peacock feather artwork — a nod to India’s national bird and a symbol of pride.
Apple Store In Bengaluru: What The Hebbal Store Offers
Apple Hebbal will bring the company’s signature retail experience to the city, offering the full range of Apple devices and accessories, expert guidance from Specialists, Geniuses, Creatives, and Business teams, as well as Today at Apple sessions focused on digital art, coding, storytelling, and productivity.
Ahead of the launch, Apple has also introduced Hebbal-themed wallpapers and a Bengaluru-inspired Apple Music playlist, available for download on its official website.
Apple’s Retail Strategy In India
The new store occupies 8,000 sq ft, smaller than the 20,800 sq ft Apple BKC in Mumbai but comparable in size to Apple Saket in Delhi’s Select Citywalk Mall, which opened alongside the Mumbai store in 2023.
Apple’s Bengaluru opening marks part of a broader retail expansion in India. The company has plans for four new stores across Bengaluru, Pune, Delhi-NCR and Mumbai. While Apple has confirmed the Bengaluru launch, it has yet to announce timelines for the other outlets.
Reports also suggest that Apple has leased space at Oberoi Sky City Mall in Borivali, Mumbai, which is likely to become the company’s second store in the city.
Meanwhile, Apple India has leased around 2.7 lakh square feet of office space in Bangalore for 10 years with a starting monthly rent of Rs 6.3 crore, according to data analytics firm Propstack. The company has taken multiple floors including car parking space on lease from real estate firm Embassy Group.
The iPhone maker is estimated to pay more than Rs 1,000 crore in rent, car park and maintenance charge over a period of 10 years, as per Propstack, which has reviewed the registration document of this leasing transaction.
The lease has been signed for a period of 120 months or 10 years with effect from April 3, 2025.
Apple is the biggest exporter of mobile phones from India. It exported iPhones worth about Rs 1.5 lakh crore in the financial year 2024-25.
