Sunita Ahuja Claims Son Yashvardhan Is Doing ‘Better Film’ Than Saiyaara: Sab Bachhe Naam Kamaye

Govinda and Ssunita Ahuja’s son, Yashvardhan Ahuja, is an aspiring actor. The film is yet to be announced. His sister, Tina Ahuja, also ventured into acting and did a couple of Hindi movies. Amid speculations around Yashvardhan’s debut, his mother Ssunita claimed that the film he will be shooting for is better than Saiyaara.

Ssunita Ahuja on son Yashvardhan’s debut

In an interview with Eat Travel Repeat, Ssunita responded to a comment on social media. A fan expressed, “Yashvardhan itna handsome hai. Saiyaara mein usse hi hona chahiye tha.” Reacting to the comment, Ssunita said, “I wish. But usse better picture kar raha hai Yash.”

Ssunita further shared, “Maine abhi tak dekhi nahi hai. Yash ne do baar dekhi hai. Main dekhungi, mujhe dekhna hai. But abhi 14 tareek ko shayad aa raha hai naa Netflix pe (laughs). But good good. Best of luck to all the kids who are coming up. And I want ki sab bachhe khoob naam kamaye.”

‘Yashvardhan is self-made’

In an interview with Zoom, Ssunita mentioned, “My children are self-made. Everyone has godfathers. My children don’t have godfathers; they have a father. But their father won’t phone someone on their behalf. Maybe uski thinking kuch aur hogi. Govinda has not supported my children. My son has given 84 auditions. Being Govinda’s son, he didn’t need to give [that many]. But I said, theek hai. Whatever hard work you are putting in, tere ko iska phal accha milega. Tu superstar bann ke rahega.”

She added, “Today, Tina is working on her own merit. She’s doing a nice talk show in Punjab and Yashvardhan has signed a picture with Mythri [Makers] who have made a film like Pushpa. He’s doing very good. I’m very happy and I’m very proud mother that both my children are standing on their two feet. On their own merit, without anyone’s support. Being Govinda’s son and daughter, without anyone’s support, I’m a proud mother. Govinda also did it on his own merit. Maybe he thought the same.”

Ssunita and Govinda are making headlines for their alleged divorce case in the Bandra Family Court in Mumbai. While those close to them have denied it, they are yet to address the media personally.
