COLDWATER — The high school football season in Michigan has finally arrived. There are several games being played tonight, while a handful will be played on Friday as normal.
All but one of our local teams will be playing tonight. Bronson is the lone exception, the Vikings will be hosting Prairie Heights coming up on Friday evening from Branch County as they kick off their season.
And once again, like in year’s prior, you can bookmark this page for all your updates from games in the coverage area. We are once again hosting a score widget page which will feature the matchups of teams you will probably care about. They update automatically, so feel free to refresh this page as often as you’d like to get the updated scores from around the area.
This story will turn over from the scoreboard feature to the roundup story from all our local games including scoring, touchdowns and all the information you’ve grown accustomed to getting. Check out the scoreboard widget below!
This week, I will be live from Coldwater High School as the Cardinals welcome in the Sturgis Trojans for a rivalry matchup. It’s believed to be the 100th meeting all-time between the two schools and the Trojans are looking to get some revenge from a loss last year at home to the Cardinals.
