Lynchburg wellness clinic offers science-based hormone therapy solutions
LYNCHBURG, Va. (WSET) — A business in Lynchburg is aiming to support women with hormone therapy.
Endura Wellness offers personalized, science-based treatments that aim to help patients feel like themselves again.
They have been open for about six months, but on Friday, they held an open house, allowing the community to see the clinic and hear more about their treatments.
The owner, Brittney Brown, says that her passion for hormone health and care came from her personal experience.

After going through multiple miscarriages and being dismissed by doctors, Brown wanted to provide people with a wellness clinic where patients feel heard and validated.
She said she has learned that sitting down and listening to patients is where hormone care should begin.
“I have women that literally sit in my office and cry. They’re like, ‘It finally makes sense. You’re giving me hope.’ And then we treat them, and they’re like, ‘I’m feeling better, I feel happy again. I’m enjoying life and my children,’ and that’s how it’s supposed to be,” Brown said.
Endura Wellness offers hormone therapy, IV therapy, GLP-1s, and vitamin injections.
The clinic is located at 4327 Boonsboro Road in Lynchburg.
