Greece’s leading trade show organizer, Forum S.A., a member of the international NürnbergMesse Group, has acquired O.MIND CREATIVES, a prominent trade show and publishing company.
The strategic move aims to expand FORUM’s portfolio, enhance competitiveness, and reinforce its position in both the Greek and international exhibition markets.
“Guided by the core values of People, Passion, Progress, we are embarking on an exciting new chapter,” said Thanos Panagoulias, President & CEO of FORUM S.A. “This acquisition builds upon our achievements and strengthens our commitment to delivering high-quality trade shows and publications for industry professionals.”
Founded in 1988, FORUM organizes nine of Greece’s largest international exhibitions, including HORECA, FOOD EXPO, XENIA, and ATHENS COFFEE FESTIVAL, hosting over 4,000 exhibitors and attracting more than 200,000 professional visitors annually. Its publishing arm produces widely circulated business magazines covering coffee, mass catering, bakery, and patisserie industries.
O.MIND CREATIVES, established in 2005, specializes in trade shows and publications in food, logistics, and mass catering sectors, organizing events such as Supply Chain & Logistics and Cargo Truck & Van Expo, while producing industry magazines and digital platforms.

“The complementary portfolios of FORUM and O.MIND CREATIVES make me very positive regarding the further development of the Greek exhibition industry,” said Maximilian Maier, Vice President Strategy & Portfolio at NürnbergMesse Group, while highlighting the deal’s significance.
FORUM plans to integrate select O.MIND events into its existing exhibitions, streamline operations, and redefine its publishing schedule to leverage both companies’ expertise. The merger is also expected to create economies of scale and drive innovation across events and media products.
“Joining forces with FORUM ensures the sustainability and further development of what we have built over the past 20 years,” O.MIND founder Theodoros Dimitriadis said reflecting on the integration.
O.MIND founder Antonis Moschonidis added: “We are confident this collaboration will elevate the quality and prestige of exhibitions and publications for the industries we serve.”
The acquisition positions FORUM S.A. to continue leading Greece’s exhibition industry, backed by international expertise and a growing portfolio that spans trade shows, publications, and professional services.
