How To Movie In Colorado
It’s been a while since I last went to the movies. What was the last film that you saw in the theatres? Don’t get me wrong, I love going to the movie theatre. I’m just picky about what I will go to a theatre to see vs streaming it at home.
I recently had a chance to visit the Icon Cinema in Colorado Springs, and it was a blast. I had read online that the theatre had the biggest movie screen in Colorado, and I wanted to find out for myself.
How Big Is the Icon Cinema Screen in Colorado Springs?
Icon Cinema in Colorado Springs boasts a 105-foot-wide screen that is 41 feet tall. This is currently the largest screen in a commercial movie theatre in Colorado. Showtimes are listed with an “Iconic Screen” designation, so moviegoers know which film is getting the jumbo treatment. Icon Cinema is open seven days a week, offering multiple movies and showtimes you can see here.

I don’t always get snacks or drinks at the movies, but when they offer perks, I’m taking advantage. Icon Cinema offers unlimited popcorn, drinks, and combos in addition to their gigantic movie screen. If you love movie popcorn like I do, this is a dream come true. Colorado Springs is becoming a dangerous town for me. First Whataburger, now unlimited popcorn and soda.
