Enlight Metals eyes ₹1,200 crore sales with expansion and new service centers, ETManufacturing
The company follows an asset-light model, leveraging supplier partnerships and technology-driven processes.Enlight Metals, a Pune-based metal aggregator, on Friday reported sales of over ₹150 crore this year and expects to cross ₹400 crore by March 2026. The company has supplied 40,000 metric tonnes of steel in FY25 and aims to scale up to 100,000 metric tonnes annually by FY26.
According to the official press release, with a sales target of over ₹1,200 crore by FY27, the company is expanding its dark-store-led distribution model beyond Pune and Mumbai to Aurangabad, Ahmedabad, and Bengaluru. Eight new facilities are planned by FY26 to support this growth.
Currently catering to over 500 OEMs, the company plans to triple this to 1,500 by FY27. Alongside geographical expansion, it is diversifying into solar structures, cable trays, and storage racks. It also plans to launch service centers by FY26, offering cutting, slitting, and shearing services.
“Our aim is to build India’s first dark-store-led steel distribution network by 2026, defined by on-time delivery, transparency, and consistency,” said Vedant Goel, Director, Enlight Metals.
The company follows an asset-light model, leveraging supplier partnerships and technology-driven processes. Its integrated ERP and CRM systems track inquiries from WhatsApp, websites, and voice calls through to delivery, enabling seamless scale-up without service disruption.
