First Semester Exams at University of Science Branch in Hodeida launched

Dr. Khaled Salah, Rector of the University of Science and Technology, officially launched the first semester exams today at the university branch in Hodeida province for the academic year 1446 AH.

During the launch, Dr. Salah received an overview from the branch director, Dr. Mohammed al-Laymah, regarding the preparations for the examination process across various departments. The university president commended the organization and efficient distribution of students to examination halls, ensuring a smooth conduct of the exams.

Dr. Salah also inspected the ongoing examination performance and evaluated the branch’s infrastructure, including the library and dentistry laboratories, assessing how students benefit from these resources for both theoretical and practical applications.

In discussions with the branch administration, department heads, and faculty members, he addressed several key issues concerning the educational and academic process. They reviewed the branch’s future plans, priorities, and the challenges it faces.

Dr. Al-Laymah highlighted the branch’s activities and programs aimed at enhancing the current academic year’s registration process. He emphasized ongoing development plans and the introduction of new programs tailored to meet labor market needs, underscoring the importance of support from leadership for the academic institution.

Dr. Salah praised the Hodeida branch for its qualified national staff and modern infrastructure, which align with students’ aspirations across various departments.
