New Delhi, October 24: Apple reportedly plans to hire 400 employees for its new retail stores opening in four major cities across India, which include Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, and Delhi-NCR. It highlights Apple’s focus on expanding its physical presence in the Indian market. These new stores are expected to cater to the increasing demand for Apple’s products and services in these cities. Apple seems to be making a significant push towards boosting its retail operations in India with a plan to hire 400 employees across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, and Delhi-NCR.

Apple has reportedly shared its intentions to expand its retail operations after seeing the success of its BKC store in Mumbai and the Select City Mall store in Delhi. These two locations were opened in April of last year by the company’s chief executive, Tim Cook. Reports also suggest that the BKC store in Mumbai and the Select City Mall store in Delhi had a successful first year, generating approximately INR 800 crore in revenue. As per a report of Money Control, Apple is looking to onboard 400 new employees to support its upcoming stores in Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, and Delhi-NCR. Each store is expected to create multiple job opportunities. According to reports, the job listings include positions for full-time and part-time employees. Apple’s store located in BKC, Mumbai, and its Select City Walk store in Delhi each have around 90 to 100 employees. The number also includes part-time employees. According to reports, Apple is planning to hire a similar number of staff for its upcoming four new stores, which will be situated in Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Pune.
