Dior signs Sonam Kapoor as its global ambassador aiming to grow in India

French luxury fashion giant Dior has onboarded Sonam Kapoor as its new brand ambassador for the Maria Grazia Chiuri collections.

The French luxury brand revealed this information through a press release which stated that the Indian film star will be presenting the collection presented by Dior’s creative director Chiuri.

The new ambassador appointment is aimed at Dior’s expansion and growth plans in the Indian markets. This collaboration also celebrates the cultural connection that Dior has with India, Sonam’s sister Rhea Kapoor posted on social media.

Dior expects Sonam Kapoor to be the link that connects the Indian potential buyers with the brand and harnesses her fan base across the country towards Dior, reportedly.  Sonam Kapoor attended Dior’s show at the latest Paris Fashion Week last month.
