Bird & Bird advises on the acquisition of Consultia by Henko Partners

Bird & Bird has advised Henko Partners, an Iberian private equity firm, on the acquisition of Consultia IT, a consulting firm specialized in business and technological transformation that distributes its more than 100 professionals between Spain and Panama.

The firm has also advised Henko Partners on the merger of three of its investee companies, Link, Bemobile and Consultia, to create a new technology consulting firm with a turnover of more than sixty million euros and a team of seven hundred professionals distributed among offices in Portugal, Spain, Brazil, Panama, Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia.

The new group will be called Linkroad and will focus on innovation to cover areas such as applications, native cloud integration, Big Data, Analytics, digital experience, artificial intelligence and SAP consulting, among others.

The Bird & Bird team, formed by partner Santiago Lardiés and associates Julieta Bermúdez and José Luis Quintanilla, led and coordinated the legal advice to Henko Partners in these transactions.
