Volkswagen India launches Volksfest 2024 this festive season with multiple offers, ET Auto

This year’s Volksfest aims to bring the brand closer to its customers by positioning itself at the center of cities and premium malls nationwide. Volkswagen India will launch Volksfest 2024, an annual celebration starting on September 14th and ending on October 31st, offering customers various benefits and engagement opportunities across models like the Taigun, Virtus, and Tiguan. This event also features exclusive experiences in premium malls, including free parking, valet services, and fun games with exciting giveaways.

What does this fest include?

The celebration will extend to premium malls where Volkswagen car owners can enjoy free parking and valet services. Special ‘Experience Zones’ will be set up in these malls showcasing Volkswagen cars and offering engaging product demonstrations. There will also be an ‘Engagement Zone’ hosting games and competitions with enticing giveaways. The unique “Trust Drive” zone invites potential buyers to test drive Volkswagen cars, highlighting their safety, German engineering, and driving pleasure.

Ashish Gupta, Brand Director of Volkswagen Passenger Cars India, emphasized the significance of this fest and its growing importance each year. “Volksfest is our annual celebratory extravaganza through which we rejoice the festive season with our customers. Each year at Volkswagen India, our aim is to make Volksfest bigger and special for our customers with exclusive offers, benefits, and engagement opportunities.”

The festive season in India began with Onam and Chingam. To mark these celebrations in Kerala, Volkswagen introduced special Onam editions of Virtus and Taigun, receiving a significant response with substantial deliveries across dealers in the state.

“Our motto is to be part of our customers’ celebrations and joyful occasions,” remarked Gupta. He noted that both existing and new customers could avail special and exclusive benefits on various after-sales services, such as Add-on warranties and Service Value Packages.
