Elevations, innovation and growth at FCB/Six India, Marketing & Advertising News, ET BrandEquity

Dhruv Shah has been elevated to senior vice president – CX, while Anmol Dang takes on the role of vice president – media (West). Salman Shamsi has been elevated to associate vice president – brand reputation management.
These elevations align with the agency’s unprecedented growth trajectory and commitment to increased efficiency.
Embracing a data-driven approach, FCB Kinnect restructured its performance and customer experience verticals, leading to the formation of FCB/SIX, a data-centric agency with an international presence. FCB Kinnect and FCB/SIX together are an integrated powerhouse with full-funnel services.
To scale up operations, the agency appointed Ankit Banga as chief business officer. His deep understanding of growth-focused strategies significantly expanded the agency’s operations and client roster.
Speaking on the elevations, Banga said, “Our identity is shaped by the people who drive us forward. Dhruv, Anmol, and Salman have all shown remarkable leadership and dedication to our clients, and their teams. With such strong contributions laying the groundwork, we at FCB/SIX India have already witnessed over 50% growth in this year and I am confident that we’ve only scratched the surface.”

In his new role as Pepperfry’s chief growth officer, Sharrma will spearhead the company’s growth strategy with a focus on expanding market share, strengthening customer acquisition, and enhancing operational efficiency. His responsibilities will include growing the home categories exponentially, launching new categories and expanding the B2B segment through initiatives like the multi-tiered channel partner program and exploration of new B2B avenues with HORECA and corporates.
Dutta was formely the Indian business lead at Accenture where he worked for 17 years.
