300 science, maths experiment kits distributed to teachers-Telangana Today

Nava Limited distributed science and mathematics experiment kits to government schools.
Kothagudem: A practical training programme in mathematics and science for high school teachers was conducted at Nava Bharat Public School under the aegis of Nava Limited at Paloncha in the district.
The programme was being held in 12 government high schools in Paloncha mandal as part of the company’s corporate social responsibility initiative in association with Janyaa Foundation, which works on developing creative problem solving skills in rural kids.
District educational officer, M Venkateswara Chary who attended the programme told the school teachers to use the training to explain experiential learning to the students and make them excel in mathematics and science subjects. He lauded Nava for distributing as many as 300 science and mathematics experiment kits to the schools.
Janyaa Foundation operations manager Surender said that similar training programmes were being conducted in Warangal, Karimnagar and Hyderabad districts in Telangana. Nava general manager (CSR) MGM Prasad explained the educational programmes being conducted in government schools.
District academic monitoring officer A Nagaraju, general manager RP Kiran, Nava Bharat principal NVS Reddy, Nava Bharat High School principal P Jyoti and teachers were present.
