Watch: Coldplay release video filmed on Grafton Street

Coldplay have released their highly-anticipated music video filmed with their dedicated Irish fans on Grafton Street last month.

The popular band performed four sold-out concerts at Croke Park last month, which featured a surprise appearance from Aslan, over a year after tickets initially went on sale.

On the evening of Wednesday 28 August before one of their gigs, there was a surprise for Coldplay’s Irish fans as frontman Chris Martin and collaborators Burna Boy, Little Simz, Elyanna, and Tini arrived on Grafton Street to film the video.

They were watched by a massive crowd – and now the results are available for all to see.

Releasing the video on YouTube, Coldplay said: “Filmed on 28 August, 2024 at Grafton Street, Dublin. Thanks to everyone who showed up, and to TikTok for helping to make it happen.”
