Indian billionaire businessman Mukesh Ambani holds the 12th spot on Forbes’ Richest List with an astounding net worth of $113.9 billion (approximately Rs 9,53,015 crore). The Ambani family, known as the richest family in the country, possesses wealth valued at Rs 25,75,000 crore, which is equivalent to 10 per cent of India’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP), according to the 2024 Barclays-Hurun India report.

Mukesh Ambani, who owns several private jets including the Boeing Business Jet, Airbus A319, and Falcon 900EX, has recently acquired another aircraft for his fleet. According to DNA, Times Now and other online reports, the Indian billionaire recently received the delivery of a Boeing 737 MAX 9, which is considered to be one of the most expensive private jets in the aviation industry.

Notably, The Boeing 737 MAX 9 underwent extensive modifications and flight tests before arriving in India. According to a DNA report, the cabin and interiors of the aircraft were significantly enhanced and modified at EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg (BSL) in Switzerland over the past year. Following the upgrades, the aircraft underwent a series of tests at the Swiss facility, as well as additional safety tests at Geneva, London Luton, and Basel airports before its arrival in India (Delhi airport).
