India’s IndiGo Announces Discounted Tickets For International, Domestic Travel In ‘Getaway Sale’ – Gulf Insider

Leading Indian airline IndiGo on Thursday, January 9, announced its “Getaway Sale,” offering steep discounts on fares and ancillaries for both international and domestic travel.

Tickets under the promo sales will be available with fares starting from $52.36 (INR 4,499) for international travel and $13.95 (INR 1,199) for domestic travel, the airline said.

The limited-time offer is available for bookings from January 9 to 13 on the airline’s website, mobile app, and between January 9 and 12 on other major platforms, it said.

The discounted tickets will be valid for travel for flights commencing no earlier than 15 days from the booking date, the airline said.

The “Getaway Sale” also includes attractive discounts on ancillaries, it said.

While it will offer a 15 per cent off on prepaid excess baggage (15kg, 20kg, and 30kg) for both domestic and international sectors on select routes and travel periods, a similar 15 per cent off will be available for securing preferred seat selection for both domestic and international sectors.

The seats with extra legroom will be offered for $8.1 (INR 699) for international flights and $6.9 (INR 599) for domestic flights, IndiGo said.

IndiGo will also offer up to 50 per cent off on ‘Fast Forward’ – skipping the queues – services.
