AIIMS Opens Recruitment for Over 4000 Non-Faculty Posts Across India

SRINAGAR: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has announced vacancies for various Non-Faculty Group-B and Group-C posts across its institutes and other central government bodies through the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE)-2024.

The online application process commenced on January 7, 2025, and will close on January 31, 2025, at 5:00 PM. Candidates can apply online through the official website.

The vacancies cover diverse positions including Assistant Dieticians, Data Entry Operators, Medical Lab Technologists, and Pharmacists, among others, across multiple AIIMS locations, such as Awantipora in Kashmir, New Delhi, Bhopal, Jammu, and Bhubaneswar. Applicants are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria and submit their applications within the stipulated timeframe.

The mode of Exam is Computer-Based Test (CBT) and the exam is scheduled in between February 26 and 28, 2025 (tentative). The admit cards will be released three days before the examination.

The examination will feature 100 multiple-choice questions divided into general and domain-specific sections, with duration of 90 minutes. Candidates must meet specific educational qualifications and age limits for each post.

Application fees are set at Rs 3,000 for General/OBC candidates and Rs 2,400 for SC/ST/EWS candidates, while Persons with Disabilities are exempt from fees.

Applicants must submit valid category and educational certificates during the verification process.

Certain posts may require a skill test in addition to the CBT. Candidates qualifying for these roles will undergo further evaluations based on job-specific competencies.
