IMDb India has unveiled its list of 20 most anticipated Indian films of 2025 on Wednesday, January 15. Among the Indian movies with planned releases in 2025, these films were consistently the most popular with IMDb users, as determined by the actual page views of the more than 250 million monthly visitors to IMDb worldwide.

Headlined by Salman Khan, Sikandar has topped the list. The AR Murugadoss directorial also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Prateik Babbar, Sathyaraj, Kajal Aggarwal, and Sharman Joshi in pivotal roles. Sikandar is slated to release on the occasion of Eid 2025. AR Murugadoss has said, “I’m deeply humbled to see Sikandar topping the IMDb Most Anticipated Indian Movies of 2025 list. Yash-starrer Toxic and Rajinikanth’s Coolie are the second and third most anticipated films in the IMDb list. The fourth-placed film is the multi-starrer comedy Housefull 5, that features Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Abhishek Bachchan, Fardeen Khan, Sonam Bajwa, Chunky Panday, and Nana Patekar. Tiger Shroff and Sanjay Dutt-starrer Baaghi 4 completes the top five.
