Ukraine at Leipzig Book Fair 2025: Book Presentations and Participation Details

Ukraine will be represented at the Leipzig Book Fair 2025. This year, the fair will take place from March 27 to 30 in Leipzig, traditionally bringing together readers, authors, publishers, and media companies from Germany and around the world.

The national stand is organized by the Ukrainian Book Institute.

Participation conditions include:

• Presentation of books exclusively by Ukrainian and German authors in Ukrainian, German, and English languages.
• Independent retail sale of books at the stand (the participant responsible for sales or agreement with other publishers).
• Presence of representatives from the publishing house on the day of the setup to arrange books and throughout the fair’s duration.
• Independent financing of the publishing house representatives’ participation.
• Free provision of one copy of the books presented at the stand to the Embassy of Ukraine in the Federal Republic of Germany.
