For the unversed, Uber Shuttle operates air-conditioned buses on fixed routes that connect business districts in Gurugram with residential areas in Delhi. With this free offer, the company aims to encourage people to try the service till February 1.

The Uber app makes it simple for passengers to reserve their seats. It allows them to do so up to a week in advance, track the bus’s current location, and determine when it is expected to arrive. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, standing passengers are not permitted on the shuttle.

How to book free Uber Shuttle

To book a free ride, passengers need to follow these steps:

• Open the Uber app and enter their destination.
• Select the ‘Shuttle’ option.
• Review the fare, which will be ₹0 during the promotion.
• Choose the preferred route and pick-up time, then request the ride.
• 25 minutes before departure, they will receive details about the bus and driver.
• Track the shuttle in the app and head to the designated pickup spot.

The company also promises all the safety features for the Uber Shuttle users. The customers can get 24/7 support, including access to a trained safety agent within 30 seconds in case users need assistance.
