NODWIN Gaming acquires StarLadder for $5.5 million to expand global esports dominance – Brand Wagon News

NODWIN Gaming, a subsidiary of Nazara Technologies, has fully acquired StarLadder, a well-known esports tournament organiser, in a deal valued at $5.5 million. It is understood that the acquisition is part of NODWIN’s broader strategy to expand its global footprint in gaming and live entertainment. StarLadder will continue to operate under its existing brand, with founder Roman Romantsov staying on as head of the company while also becoming a shareholder in NODWIN Gaming.

The acquisition is expected to help StarLadder enter new markets and strengthen its position in the industry while aligning with NODWIN’s efforts to scale up premium esports content globally.
