What were some of the key motivating factors behind pursuing your MBA, and why did this seem like the right time for you?
I wanted to make lifelong friends and grow as a manager while learning practical skills to apply in daily management. CEIBS offers the perfect platform to challenge my ideas, enhance my leadership, and take my company’s AI integration strategy to the next level.
When you think of your school, what is the first word that comes to mind and why?
Professionalism. CEIBS graduates are leaders in top global companies, reflecting the program’s high standards and rigorous training.
What are one or two key aspects of this MBA program that stood out among the others, and why were they so important to you?
The international faculty and curriculum. They provide diverse perspectives and innovative learning experiences that are essential for navigating a globalized business world.
What course were you/are you most interested in taking coming into the program and why?
Professor Park’s marketing course. It’s highly applicable to my work and equips me with tools for real-world problem-solving.
What club, activity, or experience at the school have you most enjoyed so far, and why?
The rowing trip. It taught me the interdependence of teamwork and leadership, emphasizing that neither can thrive without the other.
What do you consider the biggest accomplishment in your career so far?
Leading Duo Kuai Hao Sheng Network Technology Co., Ltd. as CEO and steering the company toward innovation by integrating AI with finance.
What is one thing you have recently read, watched, or listened to that you would highly recommend to other prospective MBAs?
I highly recommend The Lean Startup by Eric Ries. It provides actionable insights on innovation, iteration, and building sustainable businesses in any industry.
What are two things you have learned at your school that have surprised you so far – one academic and one non-academic?
Academic: The depth of Marketing frameworks from professor Park for tackling complex global business challenges.
Non-academic: The strength of the community and how quickly deep connections form among peers.
What advice would you give to help prospective MBAs gain admission into an MBA program?
Be authentic and clear about your goals. Highlight how the program aligns with your aspirations and be prepared to share specific examples of your achievements and leadership experiences.
