When Coldplay, a band that has become legendary in modern music, announces tours, the tickets are more precious than gold. That was proven when the band’s only Australian show in 2023 was in Perth, then again in 2024 with shows in Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland selling out within minutes. And what about Brisbane? Well, sadly, the Music of the Spheres tour has moved on, so Brisbane never got its chance. Until now.

Rushing in to fill that void like the hero we didn’t know we needed is The Music of Coldplay by Candlelight. It might not be the band itself, but with world-class vocalists and a live band taking to the stage at QPAC Brisbane to play hits like ‘Viva La Vida’, ‘Sky Full of Stars’, ‘All Yellow’, and more, it’s closer than Brisbane has had in years.
