Petrobras signs MoUs with two state-owned companies in India

Petróleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras) signed memorandums of understanding (MoU) with Indian energy companies for cooperation in different areas. 

On Feb. 12, during a meeting with the country’s Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Hardeep Simgh Puri, in New Delhi, the company signed an MoU with state-owned ONGC aimed at expanding opportunities in the areas of exploration and production, oil and gas marketing, decarbonization, and low-carbon solutions, development of biofuels and new energies.

On Feb. 11, Petrobras signed an MoU with state-owned Oil India. The two companies will seek collaboration in areas of common interest in India’s offshore area.
