‘Wingaba Conyek’ series begins filming in Yangon and Thanlyin

The television series ‘Wingaba Conyek’ commenced filming in Yangon and Thanlyin on 14 February, according to the series’ director Moe Yan Zon.
The storyline and direction of the series are handled by Moe Yan Zon, while Htet Myat Zin Naing wrote the script. Produced by Hunk Film Production, the series will consist of 20 episodes.
“This is an action-drama romance series. To be honest, I have wanted to direct this for a long time, and I had already written the script. Since it is now being developed as a series, extra scenes have been included. I studied filmmaking at the 2/2003 film training course, which was quite a while ago. I have always had a passion for directing, but I entered the modelling industry due to encouragement from friends. Now, this is my third professional project, and I am excited about it,” said director Moe Yan Zon.
The cast of the movie includes Kaung Pyae, Charlie, Aung Lay, Bhone Lyan, Kaung Sit Thway, Min Tayza, Hein Tayza, Set Htoo Thit, Oak Aw Thantha, Nay Nwe Zin Lin, Thiri Kyaw, Chel Chel, Yoon Thadar Chal, Aye Thida, Thet Htar Shwe, Nwe Ni Win, Thet Myat Wai and Yu Myat Noe. — ASH/KZL
