Air India Express Flash Sale: Dates, ticket price, baggage & meal benefits | Biz News
Air India Express is offering a flash sale with Xpress Lite fares starting at Rs 1300 and Xpress Value fares from Rs 1524. The sale is valid for bookings made until May 18th, 2025, for travel between June 1st and September 15th, 2025.

New Delhi: Air India Express has introduced a ‘Flash Sale,’ with Xpress Lite fares starting from Rs 1300 and ‘Zero Convenience Fee’. The Tata Group-owned airline announced Xpress Value sale fares starting from Rs 1524 across major booking channels. The sale is for flight bookings made until May 18, 2025, for travel between June 1 and 15th September 2025.
Air India Express Flash Sale can only be availed on the airline’s website www.airindiaexpress.com and mobile app. Xpress Lite is a special zero-check-in baggage fare available only on the airline’s website.
People opting for Xpress Lite fares will get some added benefits, including the option to pre-book an additional 3 kg cabin baggage at no extra cost, and discounted check-in baggage rates — 15 kg for Rs 1,000 on domestic flights and 20 kg for Rs 1,300 on international flights.
Additionally, the loyalty members of Air India Express is offering more deals, including 25 percent off Xpress Biz fares and upgrades. Xpress Biz is the business class equivalent of Air India Express, offering an industry-leading seat pitch of up to 58 inches.
Business class seats are available on over 40 brand-new Boeing 737-8 aircraft, which were recently inducted by Air India as part of the airline’s rapid expansion, with a new aircraft joining the fleet every week.
Loyalty members will be given 25 percent off on Gourmair hot meals, standard and prime seat selection, Xpress Ahead priority services, Xtra Carry-On Baggage and Xcess Check-In baggage, only on the airline’s website and app.
The airline has maintained that it continues to offer concessions on tickets for students, senior citizens, doctors, nurses, and members of the armed forces along with their dependents. These discounted fares are only available if the bookings are done on the airline’s website.
