Live Events

For a more comfortable journey, “Xpress Biz” provides a premium cabin experience with seat pitches up to 58 inches. This option is now available on more than 40 new aircraft added during the airline’s recent expansion.

Extra benefits for loyalty members and special groups

Loyalty programme members receive significant discounts, including 25% off Xpress Biz fares and 20% off additional baggage fees, hot meals branded ‘Gourmair,’ seat selection, priority services, and upgrades.

The airline also continues to offer special fares and advantages for students, senior citizens, armed forces personnel, and their dependents, ensuring broad access to affordable travel across India.

Expanding fleet and growing network

With a fleet of 116 aircraft, Air India Express operates over 500 daily flights. It connects 38 domestic and 17 international destinations, linking metros, non-metros, and emerging cities alike.

The airline emphasises its strong connection to India’s cultural heritage through its “Tales of India” initiative. Each aircraft tail showcases traditional Indian textile designs such as Bandhani, Ajrakh, Patola, Warli, Aipan, and Kalamkari. This creates a moving tribute to India’s rich traditions and modern spirit.

Air India Express plays a vital role on the India–Middle East routes, serving the world’s largest Indian expatriate community. The airline focuses on comfort with roomy seats, hot meals, and carefully designed fare types.
