The event will take place in Montreal, Canada on 26 September to coincide with Montreal Fashion Week and in Toronto from 29 September to 1 October 2025.

The expo will host over 200 international manufacturers exhibiting their latest apparel and textile collections. ATSC said “this broad group of factories is more ready than ever to source product into Canada”.

The expo will feature manufacturers from numerous countries including Bangladesh, China, Canada, India, Pakistan, Türkiye, Vietnam, Ukraine and US, offering competitive sourcing opportunities along with educational sessions and market insights.

Free registration for both editions of the show is now open.

During the event, Canadian Apparel Federation executive director Bob Kirke will lead a panel discussion on North American trade dynamics alongside Julie Hughes, president of the United States Fashion Industry Association (USFIA). Kirke will also present his “State of the Industry” keynote.

“We look forward to the 10th edition of Apparel Textile Sourcing Canada. ATSC is the only credible venue in Canada for Canadian brands and retailers to meet directly with foreign vendors. In an era of confusing trade dynamics and numerous business challenges, ATSC is a unique opportunity for business partners to meet and build their businesses together,” Kirke stated.

The Canadian Apparel Federation will also present an international trade policy update at ATSC 2025, addressing changes in US trade policy and its relevance for Canadian importers and their foreign suppliers.

Hughes said: “We look forward to heading back to Toronto for the 10th Apparel Textile Sourcing Canada. During these unpredictable times, it is more important than ever for those of us representing the US fashion industry to meet with Canadian brands and retailers and the key suppliers to the Canadian market. On behalf of the US Fashion Industry Association, we will share our insights about US policy and how we all can work together to support ‘Fashion Made Possible by Global Trade’.”

Peclers Paris, a leading trend forecasting agency, will lead trend forecasting at the expo. The agency will offer daily presentations on various topics including colour forecasting and brand strategy.

Peclers Paris North America managing director Jennifer Karuletwa said: “Peclers is honoured to make our debut at the Apparel Textile Sourcing Show in Canada. We recognise this is a unique time for the fashion and textile industries, we see this not as a disruption but a time for opportunity.”

ATSC will collaborate with mmode as part of Montreal Fashion Week.

mmode executive manager Mathieu St-Arnaud Lavoie said: “We’re delighted to welcome Apparel Textile Sourcing to Montreal on September 26th, right in the heart of Montreal Fashion Week, a moment that energises and connects our entire fashion ecosystem. Its presence brings a dynamic and valuable dimension to our city’s fashion and textile landscape. In today’s shifting geopolitical context, as brands and manufacturers rethink their supply chains and sales strategies, Montreal is increasingly recognised as a strategic hub in North America for fashion and apparel.”

ATSC partners include Brands for Canada, Bangladesh High Commission, China Chamber of Commerce for Export of Textiles and Apparel, among others.
