Jamshedpur, Aug 9: Arka Jain University (AJU), one of Jharkhand’s leading private educational institutions, has achieved a landmark milestone by earning recognition in two of India’s most prestigious university ranking surveys—Outlook–ICARE Private University Rankings 2025 and The Week–Hansa Research Best Universities Survey 2025.

In the Outlook–ICARE rankings, AJU secured 39th place among the Top 50 Private Universities in India, a notable achievement that highlights its growing reputation at the national level.

In The Week–Hansa Research rankings, the university earned 3rd position among private and deemed multidisciplinary universities in Eastern India, and 9th place among emerging multidisciplinary universities across the country—marking it as a rising force in Indian higher education.

Excellence Across Key Parameters

The Outlook–ICARE rankings evaluated universities on five key performance indicators, where AJU demonstrated strong results:

  • Academic and Research Excellence
  • Industry Linkages and Placements
  • Infrastructure
  • Governance and Expansion
  • Diversity and Community Outreach

The Week’s survey further solidified AJU’s position as a competitive institution offering quality education, diverse programs, and a forward-looking academic environment.

Pride and Commitment from University Leadership

The recognition was formally announced at the Education Conclave 2025 held in New Delhi.

Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Easwaran S Iyer  expressed pride in the achievement, stating, “This ranking of Arka Jain University is proof of our continuous efforts towards quality-based education, innovation, and the all-round development of students. We will continue to set new standards with even greater dedication.”

Vice Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Angad Tiwari described the honor as both a privilege and a responsibility: “This recognition makes us more accountable. Our aim is not only to excel in teaching but also to prepare students to meet the demands of the times and become global citizens.”

University Registrar Dr. Amit Shrivastav  credited the success to teamwork, saying, “This achievement is the result of the collective effort of our faculty, the hard work of our students, and the trust of our partner organizations. AJU is on a steady path of progress.”

Paving the Way for Future Education

Faculty members emphasized that AJU’s achievements bring pride not just to Jharkhand, but to the entire Eastern India region. By combining quality education, employment-oriented curricula, diversity, and a global perspective, Arka Jain University has positioned itself as a frontrunner in shaping the future of higher education.

This dual recognition from Outlook and The Week stands as clear evidence that AJU is not only keeping pace with India’s best universities but is also ready to lead in the evolving global education landscape.
