No new music is coming from Ashley Tisdale at the moment.

Many grew up listening to the actress and entrepreneur’s voice through the music of Disney’s High School Musical franchise or her own hit pop songs like “He Said She Said” and “Be Good to Me.” She’s released a total of three original albums, 2007’s Headstrong, 2009’s Guilty Pleasure and 2019’s Symptoms — and tells PEOPLE fans aren’t going to hear another one anytime soon.

“No, you won’t, unfortunately. I’m sorry,” Tisdale tells PEOPLE at the Bush’s Bluey Baked Beans launch event at CAMP in New York City on May 14.

“I’m literally running a company. I have two kids,” continues the star, who founded the body care brand Being Frenshe and shares daughters Jupiter, 4, and Emerson, 8 months, with husband Christopher French.

“There is just no time for me to do music,” admits Tisdale, whose Being Frenshe products — including body washes, fragrances, moisturizers and more — are available at Target. “You sing my music in that shower, okay? With that body wash.”

The “It’s Alright, It’s OK” artist is currently gearing up for her 40th birthday on July 2, and she tells PEOPLE about her summer plans to celebrate. “I just redid our place in Malibu, so we probably are gonna just hang out there,” she details.

“It’s my 40th birthday, so that’s pretty wild,” continues Tisdale. “We just did a family vacation recently because I was like, ‘Okay, that’s really what I wanna do for my 40th. I wanna do a vacation with my family, my mom and dad and the kids.’ We did that because I was like, once our place is done, I don’t think I’m leaving that place.”

She explains why it feels a bit “weird” to think about celebrating the birthday. “I don’t feel like I’m turning 40. I don’t look like I’m turning 40, and so it is a pretty big milestone,” says Tisdale. “I feel really good about it, though.”
