Bajaj motorcycles discontinued in India: Pulsar F250, Platina 110 ABS, CT 125X – Bike News

Bajaj has rejigged its lineup for 2025 by discontinuing three models.

Bajaj has removed some motorcycles from its lineup. These models had very poor sales for an extended period and the Chakan-based felt the need to pull the plug on these models. These include the Pulsar F250, Platina 110 ABS, and CT 125X. Interestingly, all these models were introduced in the post Covid era. All three models have been delisted from the company’s official website.

Bajaj Pulsar F250

Once launched as a flagship Pulsar, alongside the N250, the F250 couldn’t get a formidable response from the market despite being a very attractive overall package. Buyer still yearned for the more old-school, semi-faired Pulsar 220F. And once Bajaj brought back the Pulsar 220F, there was no going back for the semi-faired quarter-litre bike.

Therefore, the Pulsar F250 has been discontinued, most probably for the good. This motorcycle was powered by a 249cc, single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine which pushes out 24.1 bhp at 8750 rpm and a peak torque of 21.5 Nm at 6500 rpm. This motor was paired with a 5-speed gearbox.

Bajaj Platina 110 ABS

Bajaj has discontinued the top-spec ABS variant of the Platina 110 while the base Platina 110 with drum brakes remains on sale. This model is mostly used by B2B fleet owners who usually prefer cost effective means of commute. Power 115 cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that makes 8.4bhp at 7,000rpm and 9.81 Nm of peak torque at 5,000rpm. The engine is linked to a five-speed gearbox. The drum brake variant is priced at Rs 69,000 (ex-showroom).

Bajaj CT 125X

Bajaj also retailed the very rugged CT 125X which again was a popular choice for B2B operators. It used to sit above the CT 110X and was priced between Rs 73,640 and Rs. 76,846. This model was powered by a 124.4cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that delivers 10.7bhp at 8,000rpm and 11 Nm of peak torque at 5,500rpm. The engine was paired with a five-speed gearbox.
