The Seafood Ristorante in St Andrews turned 20 this year and, to celebrate, the Michelin-listed restaurant has launched a new “best of” menu packed with all its old favourites. We tried it last week and can confirm it was worth every minute of the journey, with dishes such as Anstruther lobster raviolo, made with lobster sourced straight from East Neuk waters, and Orkney scallops.
