A new hotel network in the form of Bitcoin (BTC) will be built in Dubai. The hotel is expected to have 40 floors and will adopt blockchain and artificial intelligence technologies. The project will be developed by Salvatore Leggiero, CEO of the investment group Metaverse Investments, according to the company’s press release.

The project is in line with the next COP-28 meeting, which will take place in November in the country. The statement adds that the hotel will have a rewards system for its guests, offering NFTswhich also provide exclusive services to holders.

In addition, the price of the stay will be in a format similar to staking, passive income in the cryptocurrency market. Guests will generate income that they can redeem over time. But it is still unclear how this passive income will be distributed.

Hotel Bitcoin will pay guests

Leggiero, the developer of the project, stated that “it will be the first hotel to give you back the money you pay, plus interest”. According to Metaverse Investments, the project will be officially presented this Wednesday (24th), at the Bella Restaurant Lounge at the Grand Millennium Business Bay, in Dubai.

“This innovative approach to hospitality reflects the growing importance of cryptocurrencies in today’s society and is an excellent way for people to experience and learn more about them,” he says.

The building will be designed by the architect Simone Micheli. “This building will be a monument to Bitcoin and will represent the values ​​that Satoshi Nakamoto gave us,” says Leggiero.
