Based on the biography by Warren Zanes, ‘Deliver Me From Nowhere’ focuses on a pivotal time in Springsteen’s life in the early 1980s. The film captures a moment when the musician was balancing his rise to fame with the creation of two major works: his personal, acoustic album ‘Nebraska’ (released in 1982) and the demos for ‘Born in the U.S.A.’, the album that would make him an international superstar.
