Apple has launched its “Shop with a Specialist over Video” service in India, giving customers a fresh and convenient way to explore and purchase Apple products through the Apple Store online. This feature allows users to connect with a trained Apple Store representative via a secure, one-way video call.

During the session, customers can check out the latest Apple devices — including the iPhone 16 series — and get guidance on product features, trade-in offers, financing plans, and more, all without leaving home.

With a growing number of Indian consumers turning to online shopping, this service delivers a safe and personalized buying experience at any time, from any location. India becomes only the second country globally to access this feature, following Apple’s recent efforts to expand its retail footprint in the region.

The introduction of the Apple Store app earlier this year further boosted customer experience by simplifying browsing, purchasing, and support.
