Casio India launches EDIFICE EFK-100, its first automatic wrist watch series at Rs 25,995 – Technology News

Casio India has launched its first automatic timepiece in the country with the introduction of the EFK-100 collection under the Edifice label, priced at Rs 25,995. The lineup consists of five unique variants, led by the EDIFICE EFK-100XPB-1A, which integrates forged carbon in both the case and dial. The EFK-100CD-1A also adopts a forged carbon finish on the dial, while the EFK-100D models—2A, 3A, and 7A—are crafted using advanced electroforming methods.

Commenting on the launch, Takuto Kimura, Managing Director, Casio India, said, “The launch of our first automatic watch in India marks a landmark moment for Casio. As a Japanese brand with a long-standing legacy of innovation and craftsmanship, we are proud to introduce a timepiece that blends the automotive spirt of speed and intelligence with classical automatic watches. With this debut, we aim to inspire a new generation of Indian consumers who value the precision of automatic timekeeping, perfectly crafted for the fast-paced, high-performance lifestyle.”

An exclusive preview of the EDIFICE ECB-2300:

The event also included an exclusive preview of the EDIFICE ECB-2300, a new multi-hand chronograph scheduled for release in December. Influenced by motorsport DNA, the ECB-2300 represents the next phase of EDIFICE’s hallmark SOSPENSIONE dual-layer suspension structure. It comes equipped with Tough Solar power, Smartphone Link connectivity, and a more refined design compared to the earlier ECB-2200.

The approach allows the company to respond more swiftly and effectively to the fast-changing landscape of style trends, functional demands, and consumer preferences.
