Chanel is available for adoption from Second Chance

Bonjour! My name is Chanel and I am certainly as elegant as my namesake. Although I am not Chanel No. 5, I might consider myself to be a better version as Chanel No. 4 (since I am 4 years old).  I am a petite Yorkie female and weigh around 8 pounds. I am easy to carry close to your heart but probably not in your pocket.  

I enjoy a quiet home with not a lot of drama or chaos going on, so older, gentle children would be preferred. I can be a bit of a couch potato, especially if there is someone to cuddle up next to. At this time, I haven’t quite figured out what toys are for, but I do love wearing some fashionable and comfortable outfits.

I need a family that will help me with my socialization skills and house training. I’m not crazy about being leashed yet, so a fenced area or even an exercise pen would be needed for my potty time outside. I get along with other dogs, as long as they are not too wound up and they treat me with respect. As for cats, there are some here at my foster home, and I can take them or leave them.

I am up to date on my vaccinations, and I am heartworm negative. On my calendar are dates for a dental cleaning and a time to be spayed. These will take place before my adoption.
