Each of the four colourways – Mademoiselle, Baroque, Couture and Stellaire – take inspiration from Chanel fashion motifs and textures
Chanel has launched Les 4 Ombres Boutons, a limited-edition collection of the Les 4 Ombres eyeshadow palette. It is now available in global travel retail while stocks last.
First introduced in 1982, Les 4 Ombres has become a cornerstone of Chanel’s makeup collection. The Boutons edition pays tribute to one of Gabrielle Chanel’s most emblematic motifs – the button – reinterpreting it through couture-inspired embossing and rich, pigmented shades inspired by the fashion house’s key motifs.
The collection features four new eyeshadow shade combinations. Mademoiselle blends satin light pinks, taupes and ivory beige, while Baroque offers a combination of magenta purple, orangey gold, soft pink and copper.
Couture presents a mix of purple brown, rosy beige, deep brown and taupe, inspired by the house’s timeless design codes of tweed, quilting and the camellia. Stellaire offers a combination of beige, gold, copper and silver blue tones inspired by night-time light.
Each palette is housed in Chanel’s signature black lacquered compact and presented in a suede sleeve embossed with button motifs.
Chanel No.5, stars, Double C and clover designs feature on the eyeshadow palette, while an embossed button on the pouch add couture-inspired details to the limited-edition makeup line
