COA participates in Olympic Solidarity Forum in Puerto Rico | English

The Olympic Solidarity Forum for Spanish-speaking National Olympic Committees from across the Pan American region is currently taking place in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The forum provides detailed information on the Olympic Solidarity Plan for the 2025–2028 cycle. The Aruban Olympic Committee (COA) is being represented by Monica Fajardo, Director of Sports, and Jonathan Wever, Director of Operations.

During the forum, they will receive updates on the programs available through Olympic Solidarity and Panamerican Solidarity, which support the development of sports and athletes throughout the upcoming Olympic cycle.

In addition to presentations, the forum includes several workshops focused on exchanging knowledge and best practices on key topics. These sessions allow representatives from different National Olympic Committees to collaborate and learn from one another, while also giving COA the opportunity to ask important questions relevant to Aruba’s sports development goals.

The participation of Fajardo and Wever highlights the COA’s commitment to strengthening its programs and ensuring that Aruban athletes continue to benefit from international support and collaboration.
