The admission-free festival takes place this Sunday, April 27th from 10am-6pm at the Downtown Event Center at 700 Crockett Street . The day includes crawfish, various food vendors showcasing their entrees, beverages, arts and crafts as well as live music and an art competition.
Music performers include Horace Trahan & Ossun Express, Step Rideau and the Zydeco Outlaws, Nesha Cortez, Ethan Osborne, Donovan Bourque, Zydeco Cheaux and Aces Blues Band, along with hosts Supa the MC and Erik Tee and sounds by DJ Ackinbadd.
DBCAD board president Jacoby “Rose Gold” and board member Albert Alexander talked about the annual event on The Morning Show.
