The project involves a Cessna aircraft from Kanpur dispersing substances like silver iodide to trigger precipitation. While the government remains ready, the effectiveness and feasibility of the plan are contingent on specific meteorological conditions, leaving the capital waiting for a potential, scientifically-induced reprieve from its toxic air.
