Dior Beauty Announces Jenna Ortega As Its New Global Ambassador

Jenna Ortega took to her Instagram to announce that she has been named as the global ambassador of Dior Beauty.

In her new role, Jenna will work with Dior’s creative director Peter Philips.

Known for her breakthrough role as Wednesday Addams in Netflix’s comedy-horror series Wednesday, Jenna Ortega has been named the new ambassador of Dior Makeup. The 22-year-old star took to her social media to share the news with her fans.

Taking to her Instagram, Jenna Ortega shared a picture of herself in a black ensemble. She can be seen using a blush stick on her face. Sharing the picture, she wrote, “I’m honoured to be a new ambassador of Dior Makeup! More to come…#DiorBeauty #DiorMakeup.”

Talking about becoming the face of Dior Makeup, Jenna Ortega spoke to WWD. She said, “I love that Dior beauty is all about embracing people’s natural beauty and creating products that allow it to shine through. I hope while collaborating with them, I can help people see how simple makeup and beauty can be, and how a few well-crafted products can make a difference in the way you express yourself and make your day-to-day life more exciting.”

As part of her collaboration with Dior, Ortega will work under the direction of Peter Philips, the brand’s creative and image director for makeup, at the LVMH Moët Hennessy-owned fashion house. In this new role, she will continue to shape and redefine contemporary beauty, not just on red carpets, but far beyond. This collaboration aims to champion a vision of beauty that is bold, deeply personal, and perfectly aligned with today’s evolving standards. Reflecting on the partnership, Jenna shared in a press statement, “Being part of it is incredibly exciting and surreal.”

On the work front, Ortega is set to reprise her role as Wednesday Addams for the second season of Wednesday. She will also be seen in Taika Waititi’s Klara and the Sun. Her latest release, Hurry Up Tomorrow, was released on May 16 in the United States. She shared the screen with The Weeknd and Barry Keoghan in this musical psychological thriller film.
