Eat at Louis Vuitton’s Michelin-starred Saint-Tropez restaurant – HERO
Louis Vuitton has reopened its Michelin-starred restaurant at the White 1921 Hotel in Saint-Tropez for the forthcoming summer season. Chefs Arnaud Donckele and Maxime Frédéric will once again take charge of the kitchen, which will offer a blend of Mediterranean, French, and global cuisines with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
Saint-Tropez has served as the birthplace of Louis Vuitton’s Culinary Community since 2020, when Donckele and Frédéric began nurturing emerging culinary talent through the House’s hospitality wing. Now, Louis Vuitton boasts restaurants in Paris, London, New York, Milan, Doha, Tokyo, Osaka, and Bangkok.
“We are dedicated to bringing customers a relaxed Louis Vuitton culinary experience – whether in Saint-Tropez or any other destination around the world,” says Donckele. “Maxime and I are excited about the season ahead as we build upon everything that makes this restaurant so unique.”
