EJASO and Saltiel form a strategic alliance in Miami

Spanish law firm EJASO and Saltiel Law Group have entered into a strategic commercial alliance, marking a significant step for both firms. This partnership allows EJASO to establish its first office in the United States, specifically in Miami, while providing Saltiel Law Group access to a well-established organization with a strong track record of advising businesses in Spain and Latin America.

As part of the agreement, the firms have launched a new brand in Miami, “Saltiel Law Group by EJASO”, and have already begun collaborating on numerous advisory opportunities for investors and businesses. This initiative aims to support Spanish companies expanding into Miami, as well as American and Latin American firms seeking legal expertise in Spain.

A Global Expansion Strategy

This strategic alliance enhances EJASO’s global presence and expands its service offerings to meet the growing demand for international business expansion and cross-border legal support. The agreement represents the first step toward the full integration of Saltiel under the EJASO brand, responding to the increasing need for specialized legal counsel for companies operating internationally.
