EssilorLuxottica has launched Versace’s limited-edition La Vacanza 2025 eyewear capsule in global travel retail. It is also available in Versace boutiques and Versace.com.

The eyewear capsule reinterprets the fashion house’s coastal heritage through a modern lens. The collection name, La Vacanza – meaning ‘vacation’ in Italian – is an homage to the timeless aesthetic of an Italian summer holiday.

The eyewear line features fluid silhouettes and subtle ocean-inspired detailing. Key highlights include two exclusive colourways for the signature Medusa Biggie Cat-Eye sunglasses – Opaline Sea Green, and Guava – that build on the fashion house’s spring/summer collection’s colourful aesthetic.

The statement frames feature a striking silhouette decorated by Versace’s signature gold-tone Medusa emblem.

Underscoring the brand’s commitment to sustainability, the La Vacanza 2025 capsule includes an environmental initiative in partnership with Coral Gardeners.

The programme supports marine ecosystem restoration through the adoption of 9,000 coral fragments in French Polynesia.
