FILA 2025: Forbes India to Celebrate Transformative Leaders At 14th Annual Leadership Awards

Forbes India will present the 14th edition of the Forbes India Leadership Awards (FILA 2025) at 6pm on February 28. This premier event, heralding a new era under the editorial guidance of Suveen Sinha, promises to be a landmark celebration of leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy.

The journey to this year’s awards began on December 3 last year, with a distinguished jury chaired by Harsh Mariwala (Founder and Chairman of Marico). Esteemed members of the panel included KVS Manian (MD & CEO of Federal Bank), Amit Chandra (Chairman-India at Bain Capital), Vivek Gambhir (Venture Partner at Lightspeed India and Chairman at BoAt Lifestyle), Aashish Agarwal (MD & Country Head at Jefferies India), Sangeeta Bavi (Former ED at Microsoft India and now COO at YourStory), and Bala Deshpande (Founder Partner at Mega Delta Capital Advisors).

The jury for the Emerging Innovators Category included Arpit Agarwal (Partner at Blume Ventures), Naganand Doraswamy (Managing Partner at Ideaspring Capital), and Suryaprakash Konanuru (CTO at Ideaspring Capital).

Their rigorous evaluation culminated in a leadership discussion on January 29, featuring industry stalwarts Harsh Mariwala, KVS Manian, and Amit Chandra, and moderated by Neha Bothra of Forbes India.

FILA 2025 will have several highlights. Some of these are:

• Panel Discussion: “India’s Growth Story in a Volatile Environment” featuring KVS Manian, MD & CEO, Federal Bank, Rajesh Jejurikar, ED & CEO, Mahindra Auto & Farm sector, and Madan Sabnavis, Chief Economist, Bank of Baroda; moderated by Neha Bothra.
• Fireside Chat with Praveer Sinha, CEO, Tata Power; moderated by Palki Sharma
• Fireside Chat with Katrina Kaif, Actress and Entrepreneur, Kay Beauty, who will provide insights on “Going Beyond Just Endorsements-Building Your Brand”; moderated by Naini Thaker.
