Fork Fest 2025 is a Musical Oasis

Instead of the classic kitchen utensils, Fork Fest celebrates artists local to the Utah music scene.

Coming up on its eighth year, Fork Fest will be hosted at Art Dye Park in American Fork on June 6 and 7. A perfect family weekend, the music festival has attractions from bounce houses, hammocks, local artisans and more. Presented by Harrington Center for the Arts and Velour Live Music Gallery, Fork Fest has made a name for itself and has become one of Utah’s beloved music festivals.

Fork Fest is a local music fan’s dream, as the entire weekend boasts the talents of local musicians that have risen out of the Salt Lake and Provo areas. Many of whom have partaken from The Velour’s open mic opportunities. A few to look out for over the weekend include Little Moon, Swerved By Blondes, Wilbere, Drusky and Seaslak. With a full weekend of music, you’ll be sure to catch something new.

Little Moon will be headlining the firelight kickoff on Friday. The park will open at 5:00 p.m., with Ysabelle and Garon Brett opening at 6:00 p.m. Other artists playing include Book On Tape Worm, Mindy Gledhill and Paul Jacobsen and The Madison Arm.

As the sun sets, families, partners and friends can gather by the Forest Stage at a park bench, under a tree or on a picnic blanket as each artist serenades through the night. The music, singer-songwriter and folk-pop themed, will match the tone of the sun setting and the cooling weather as the candlelight starts to shine above in the trees. If there’s any setting that’s made for a guitar and vocals, it’s the outdoors tucked away in the woods.

The following Saturday, the park opens again at 11:00 a.m. for more music and stages. The Lake, Mountain and Forest Stages will feature artists from 12:00 p.m. until the headlining act, The Aquabats! at 9:30 p.m. Other acts on the bill will include Swerved By Blondes, The Last Wild Buffalo, Wilbere, Botanical Animal, Drusky, Seaslak, Sego and several others. A range of styles, each musician has something for everyone, from headbanging to swaying. Everyone, no matter their music taste, is sure to have a good time.

If you are in need of a break from the music, you can head over to the several attractions at the fest. They will be hosting 50 artisans which range from jewelry, clothing, food and other craft items. You and your guests are sure to be entertained, and if that’s not enough for you, there is a hammock hangout and bounce house to keep your weekend full of fun and the kids at bay.

You can find more information about the festival here. Tickets range from about $30 to $50 per person; children 11 and under receive free admission.
